It’s time to race around the kitchen, lick the spoon, jump on the bed, snuggle on the couch, play with the dog, and dance around the yard.

When I arrive with my camera, all you have to do is show up and have fun while I document this extraordinary time with your exuberant little ones, so you can remember everything exactly as it really is.

Let’s document your newborn from shortly after their birth through the first year and beyond. My newborn sessions take place at home, where everyone in the family feels the most comfortable and where you can easily follow the natural rhythms of life with a new baby (something along the lines of eat, sleep, play, poop, repeat). That’s why I come to you. I love to include the whole family, whatever that looks like for you (parents, siblings, pets).

Printed photos get into your heart.

Printing your photos is just as important as documenting this season in your life. Digital files are nice to have but they tend to disappear into a computer or in the cloud. Which is such a bummer! Your memories deserve more love!

Hi! I’m Alice and I approach photography the same way I approach life as a mom to three boys in a family-centered, dog-crazy — and often disheveled — household: by embracing it with open arms, knowing that this time is fleeting and worth documenting.

Helping you remember whatever immersive season your family is in right now makes my heart feel so full.

I give lots of easy direction during each session so you never feel awkward or stiff in front of my camera. Instead, you get to focus on actually having fun with your kids.

It’s really is a huge honor (and makes me deeply happy) to hang out and make art of you being you together. 

And after all the games and silliness and cuddles, it gets even better because then I get to take the best of your images and gather them into a custom album or make them into wall art for you — timeless, tactile reminders of all the things that make your family extraordinary.
